We explicitly state that:

• Pass.pk is not an official board website and has no statutory or governmental standing.
• We are not a subsidiary, representative, partner, or agent of BISE Rawalpindi, FBISE Islamabad, the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, or any Provincial Education Board.
• No government body or examination board has reviewed, verified, sponsored, or certified the analyses, percentile calculations, school rankings, or institutional scorecards published on Pass.pk.

2. Source of Examination Data & Unofficial Status

All quantitative datasets, school codes, candidate totals, grade distributions, and marks rosters displayed on this platform are extracted from publicly circulated gazette documents, gazette CDs, and public notifications released by educational boards at the time of result declarations.

The inclusion of public examination data on this website does not imply that Pass.pk represents the official source. The presentation of such data is entirely unofficial and secondary.

3. Presence of Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

While our data processing pipelines employ automated validation checks, cross-referencing, and checksum integrity algorithms:

• Data May Contain Mistakes: OCR transcription errors, scanning distortions, software parsing glitches, formatting bugs, or misattributions of institution names may occur.
• No Synchronous Rechecking Updates: Examination boards regularly issue post-result amendments, rechecking adjustments, withheld candidate notifications, canceled papers, and supplementary updates. Pass.pk does not guarantee real-time or complete reflection of these post-gazette modifications.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: We provide all content and datasets on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.

4. Absolute Disclaimer & Limitation of Legal Liability

5. Mandatory Requirement for Official Documentation

Information displayed on Pass.pk cannot be used as legal proof of academic qualification, merit rank, roll number verification, or passing status for university admissions, civil service eligibility, military recruitment, or employment.
