1. Applications (with attested copies of testimonials, certificates along with one recent attested passport size photograph)
are invited from the Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for making appointments on
Temporary basis (likely to become permanent) in Para Veterinary Institute, Layyah of the University.
2. Bank draft (non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Treasurer, University of Veterinary & Animal
Sciences, Lahore must be attached with application for the posts at Sr. No. 1 to 4.
3. Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should submit their applications through proper
channel within due date. The requisite No Objection Certificate from present employer must reach in the Office of
the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of applications, failing which such applications will be treated
as rejected and no call letter for interview will be issued.
4. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
5. The University reserves the right:
a. not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
b. to adjust / transfer / post the selected candidate at any campus / centre of the University.
c. to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by
the Vice Chancellor.
d. to increase or decrease the number of posts.
6. Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates.
7. Age should not be less than 18 years and more than 35 years (for posts at Sr. No. 3 to 6)
8. Applications complete in all respect should reach in the Office of the Registrar, University of Veterinary & Animal
Sciences, Lahore upto 11-03-2016 during office hours.

Master degree (2nd Div) or equivalent qualification with 02
years Office experience OR Graduate (2ndDiv) with 04 years
Office experience OR Intermediate (2nd Div) with
07 years experience in Govt. / Semi Govt. or in a public
sector University along with at least 03 months Certificate in
MS Office.

Diploma 2nd Division in the requisite discipline of Engineering after
undergoing a minimum of 03 years course from the Punjab Board of
Technical Education or equivalent qualification.

Secondary School Certificate with Diploma in Estate Management
or Field Assistant Course with 05 years as Junior Field Assistant.
