MNP Executive / Specialist

Coordination with different stakeholders to optimize and streamline MNP processes
Coordinate internally within TP and externally with Pakistan MNP Database (Guarantee) Limited, PTA and other Telecom operators to resolve the MNP related technical and operational/administrative issues.
Develop, Maintain and track sales of MNP and also ensure Quality of sales and also make suggestive measures
Develop and launch channel related campaigns to achieve desired objective
Represent TP in the MNP working group forums to develop/change MNP related Processes, Guidelines, Code of practices and System specifications.
Coordinate with IT, Technical, PMD, OMO, MNP Ops and S&D to resolve issues reported by internal or external parties.
Next level escalation of issues to other parties in resolving timer violations, stuck responses, corporate ports, MTC, fraud cases etc.
Management and regional reporting and overview of primary KPI’s.
Design and implement processes to enhance visibility of fraudulent activities and Improve QoS
